CallWare Voice MailTo Set Up Voice Mail BoxDial 100. To access your voice mail box for the first time, use pass code 1234 (system default). Please do not hang up until you have set up your new pass code, greeting, and mailbox name (your first and last name). Have these three items ready before your call to setup your voice mail box. To Activate Your Voice MailForward your phone to extension 100 using one of the following modes: Caution: Your phone will not ring while forwarded with *2. All calls will be forwarded to voice mail. To Retrieve Voice MailDial 100. Enter your passcode as the automated attendant requests it. The automated attendant will tell you if you have any new messages as well as how many new messages are present. Press 7 to listen to your messages. At the end of each message, you will have the option to listen again (7), save (5), delete (3), or give to another user (2). Press 9 to properly back out of the system, otherwise, the voice mail port may be held open longer than necessary. To Send a Received Message to Another UserAfter listening to the message, you have the option to listen again (7), save (5), delete (3), or give to another user (2). Press 2 to send to another user, following the instructions of the automated attendant. To Change Your Greeting, Passcode, or Mailbox NameDial 100. You will be asked for your passcode. Press (8) for User Options. Next press (1) for Mailbox Options. To change your greeting, press (1). To change your passcode, press (2), to change your mailbox name, press (3). To Leave Voice Mail for Another UserDial 100. You will be asked for your passcode. You will have the option to make a new message. Select this option (6), enter the appropriate extension and leave your message at the tone. Tips1) To forward through an already saved message, press #. To rewind, press *.
Always press 9 to back out of the menu. |
